901 is Mine 01 

901 Day is a celebration of all things Memphis, known for its music and rich, diverse culture. As Memphians, we have participated in 901 Day activities in the past. However, faith-based communities have rarely been represented. Therefore, we decided to create an event that provides an opportunity to celebrate our faith, fun, and  families

 

We are planning a citywide celebration for the entire family. We have partnered with the Mobil Shell on Wheels as our main stage. The event will feature small business vendors, food trucks, and play sections for children and teens. The layout of the day will allow us to serve thousands of people per hour. Similar to any music festival, the music acts lineup will switch out every 20 minutes.

 

The city collective of business vendors, community service providers, food trucks, music acts, and city officials will bring the crowd over to Mud Island. We are planning a city press tour, with Michal Davis of 88.5 as the host for the evening. Radio stations 88.5, 95.7, and K-Love will broadcast live. Additionally, there is a Content Creator’s Packet available.

 

The Content Creator’s Packet is a list of willing restaurants and businesses offering discounts and collaboration deals for media exposure, driving new business to their establishments.
